IoPT Practitioner
Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy
About
IoPT is a mind-and-body therapeutic approach that explores how trauma, early relationships and identity shape our internal world. It looks beyond traditional “symptom treatment” and instead works with the deeper roots of experience, including epigenetic influences, pre-verbal memory, birth experiences, attachment patterns and relational imprints.
Through the IoPT intention method, we use resonation to access and witness the inner system. This allows hidden survival strategies, protective parts and emotional blocks to become visible in a safe, attuned process. As the system is seen and understood, the nervous system begins to unlock patterns created through trauma, allowing the individual to reclaim clarity, self-agency and integration.
IoPT offers profound insight and change, especially for individuals carrying early developmental trauma, relational trauma or long-standing patterns they cannot “think” their way out of.
